Premium: terms of sale

1. Who sells

The CISSP course and its Student Area at ai.haniasaad.com are run by Hani Asaad. Questions about a purchase: [email protected].

2. What you buy

Premium: one year of full access to the CISSP course in the Student Area, starting on the day your payment is received. Premium includes:

• all lessons with their videos, lesson notes and infographics;
• all Practice Assessment questions;
• ExamSim: all attempts and resets;
• Hani AI: up to 60 questions a day;
• 12 mentor meetings with Hani during the year, plus 1 meeting before your exam, each 40 minutes, online (Google Meet), booked through the booking page in the Student Area.

Mentor meetings must be used within your Premium year. Meetings not used by the end of the year do not carry over.

3. Price and payment

• US $399, one payment for one year. The same price in every country.
• Payment through PayPal (PayPal account or debit/credit card on PayPal's secure page). We never see your card details.
• No automatic renewal. You are never charged again unless you choose to renew.

4. No refunds

All sales are final. Payments are not refundable. This is shown before you pay, and you confirm it with the tick box on the payment page.

5. When your Premium year ends

• Your account goes back to free trial access. You keep all your progress and history.
• You can renew for another year at US $399, with the same Premium.

6. Your account

• Premium is for you personally. Do not share your sign-in or the course material.
• The videos, notes, infographics and questions are the course owner's work. Do not download, copy or republish them.
• The CISSP Scope passages in Hani AI's answers are for your own study; copying or sharing them is not allowed.
• We may block an account that breaks these rules (as today, under the Student Area rules).

7. Changes to the course

We keep improving the course. Lessons, questions and features may be updated during your year; the Premium items listed in section 2 stay included.

8. Your data

How we handle your data, including the payment record (an order reference, status and dates; PayPal handles the payment itself) and mentor-meeting bookings, is explained on the Privacy page.
